To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after the 10-day window

📩 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at humerarif89@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We'll respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
