Shipping policy

Order Processing — All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India) — Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping — International orders take 10–18 business days. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking — Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Customs & Duties — International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes. Metalica is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged Orders — If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at humerarif89@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
