At Metalica, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Domestic Returns (India)
We offer free returns on all eligible orders within India. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside India, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The same eligibility conditions apply. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item. Please note that duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
